Often the hardest part of beginning a project is knowing where to start.
Our simple 5 step process ensures a seamless and transparent progression, from our initial consultation, to achieving your dream garden.
CONSULTATION
An on-site consultation is arranged to gain an understanding of your space and to discuss in length, your ideas and vision for your garden. Budget and time-frames will be discussed at this meeting, as well as a site measure up and photography.

Consultation fee: $300 (due on the day)

Once the project proceeds the consultation fee is credited towards your garden design. A design quote will be provided after your consultation. This individual approach ensures your design is tailored and unique to your property, lifestyle, and budget.
DESIGN
A meeting will be arranged, either onsite or at our office to present your new outdoor space. During this meeting, you will be able to talk through the plan in length, whilst Paal will share the design concepts and influences that have informed his design.

You will be provided with A3 colour printed copies of your new garden design. This document includes site elevations (if required), planting, and lighting schedules as well as specified materials and finishes.

​Finding it difficult to visualise your garden design in a 2 dimensional format? You’re not alone! We offer an additional service, providing a computer-based 3D render. This process will provide you with an electronic animation of your new garden, where the imagined becomes real!

​Minor changes to your design can be made at this stage. Additional changes are subsequently charged at an hourly rate. Once this plan is signed off the remaining design fee is due.

CONSTRUCTION QUOTE
An itemised quote is prepared to your design, in line with the Landscaping Victoria 'Master Landscapers' cost guide.
CONSTRUCTION
Once the quote is approved, our company terms of trade signed, and a deposit is received, a start date will be agreed upon. Construction will then commence, led by our Construction Manager Mayhew Netherway.

OUTDOOR STYLING
We visualise the transformative process of your outdoor space in its entirety, right down to those finishing touches. Carmen Grant, our award winning garden stylist, works collaboratively with Paal to furnish and style your outdoor space.

Utilising our team of creatives, we design and build custom furniture, sculptures, lighting & outdoor art for your garden. In addition to our own bespoke designs, we also source specialty outdoor furniture, soft furnishings, pots, ceramics and tableware to complement and resolve the entire project. We are avid supporters of local creatives and artisans whose individuality and quality is uncompromised.
This styling and sourcing service is charged at an hourly rate.
